TELEPHONE SYSTEMS

Systems Equipped With An Operators Terminal:

• Press and hold the CONTROL  key and the letter “C”.  The cursor will flash on TIME in the bottom corner of the screen.
• Enter the time in Military Time format and press RETURN or ENTER.
• Enter the date and press RETURN or ENTER.

All Other Systems

• Begin at the Operator’s phone ( To find the operator’s phone, from any phone dial 0.  The phone that rings is the operator’s phone)
• Lift handset and dial “2” “8” and the four digit time in Military Time format. Ex. 281500 for 3:00 pm.
• Once entered, you will hear a confirmation tone.

VOICEMAIL

• From the Operator’s Phone, dial 436, when answered press #.
• Enter system admin mailbox by dialing 5000 followed by password 5000#
• Dial  5 to set date and time
• Enter Month, Day and Year as a 6 digit number.
• Enter Hours and Minutes as a 4 digit number. Pressing 1 for am or 2 for pm. 
• Press * * to exit.
